Shelburne Farm Group Event Terms and Conditions:
PRICING: All pricing is per person. All guests in a party are required to purchase a package ticket. Guests may not share picking bags or any other items. Entrance to the orchard on a group rate is not permitted without an individual picking bag, i.e., a purchased package ticket.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of 50% based on estimated final bill is due at time of booking. Dates cannot be held unless deposit is received. Deposit and final payment may be paid via credit card or business check. Final payment and final guest count are due one week prior to event.
GUEST COUNT GUARANTEE: Final guest count must equal or exceed the reserved count and is due one week prior to your event. Guest counts may be increased up to three days prior to event. Guest count increases must be paid in full prior to date of event.
SCHEDULE: Tented events last four hours from agreed upon start time.
WRISTBANDS: Shelburne Farm group guests upon arrival to the designated event gathering area will receive a wristband or tickets, which will entitle guests to obtain access to the attractions and/or picking add-ons included in their package.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: Shelburne Farm events take place rain or shine due to our short harvest season, high demand, and limited availability. In the event of severe inclement weather during the time for which your event is scheduled, we will work with you to reschedule. Reschedule dates are subject to facilities availability at the discretion of Shelburne Farm management.
FOOD, BEVERAGE, and DECORATION POLICY: Shelburne Farm offers a food and beverage menu that can be incorporated into your event. Therefore outside or third-party food and beverages must be approved with prior written permission from the Shelburne Farm event coordinator. Ask your event coordinator for more information. In some cases if permission is granted additional fees may apply. In addition, decorative items, signs, or any other accessory items that create extra waste or interfere with other guests are not permitted without prior written permission from the Shelburne Farm event coordinator. In some cases Shelburne Farm may be able to provide decorative items. In some cases additional fees may apply.
*Additional discounts may be available for larger groups. Early bird discounts may be available for events taking place prior to September 11, 2022. Additional discounts may be available for weekday events, excluding Labor Day and Columbus Day. Inquire for details at time of booking. Discounts may not be available during peak season.
