Housed in our 19th-century post and beam barn, the Shelburne Farm Apple Shop contains something for everyone! As soon as you step through the door, you'll be greeted by the heavenly aroma of piping hot cider donuts and other homemade goodies wafting in from the kitchen. You won't be able to resist picking up some of our signature treats, such as gourmet caramel apples, fudge, fruit pies, coffee cakes, and more! Next, find your favorite varieties of apples, peaches or Asian pears fresh-picked from our orchards (see the picking schedule for information regarding expected ripening and availability). Make your way over to our abundant harvest of pumpkins and ornamental gourds, sure to satisfy all of your fall baking and decorating needs. For young pickers, check out our collection of stuffed animals, puppets, and John Deere toys, then head over to our gift display and select the perfect kitchen gadget or home decoration for a friend, family member, teacher, or anyone special to you! Next, try some of our specialty food items, including private stock cheese, local jams and jellies, Vermont maple syrup, and honey from our orchard bees. Finally, make sure to visit the Halloween and miniature collections before you reach in to the cider cooler for a container of our own cold and sweet cider.
